Accessibility Statement
The Jardin d'Acclimatation is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, the Jardin d'Acclimatation is implementing the following strategy and actions: a compliance audit against the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA) version 4.1, a multi-year accessibility roadmap, and a 2023 action plan are currently being developed and will be published shortly.

Compliance Status
The Jardin d’Acclimatation website (https://www.jardindacclimatation.fr) is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.
Test Results
The RGAA 4.1.2 compliance audit conducted by the LVMH Accessibility Center reveals that:
- 59.32% of the RGAA 4.1.2 criteria are met.

Inaccessible Content
Non-compliance
- Presence of decorative images announced by screen readers in the language selector, the footer, the ticket office, and the payment page.
- Presence of meaningful images without relevant alternatives on the Jardin d’Acclimatation logo and certain images containing text.
- The map of the Jardin d’Acclimatation contains complex images without detailed descriptions.
- Graphic elements in the cookie banner and the QR code for the park map lack sufficient contrast.
- Non-explicit links on the “Learn More” links and the site logo.
- Scripts incompatible with assistive technologies on the breadcrumb trail, calendars, and order steps.
- Status messages not conveyed to assistive technologies after submitting the newsletter, forgotten password, and payment forms.
- Missing or incomplete page titles on the My Account, Forgot Password, Press Room, and Payment pages.
- Unstructured content without appropriate HTML elements in the cookie banner, forms, and several text sections of the site.
- Incorrectly structured headings in the footer, FAQs, ticket office, and several editorial pages.
- Incorrectly structured lists in the breadcrumb trail, FAQs, and regulatory content.
- Information relying solely on color or shape is present in the calendar captions and the Google Pay button.
- Additional information that is not accessible is present in the ticketing section and the captions associated with the calendar.
- Form fields without auto-fill functionality are present in the login, contact, registration, and payment forms.
- A single navigation system is used throughout the site.
- There are no quick-access links to the main content throughout the site.
- There are keyboard navigation issues in modal windows, accordions, and drop-down menus.
- Non-accessible office documents are present in the PDF price lists.
Content Not Subject to Accessibility Requirements
Certain content is exempt from accessibility requirements and falls outside the scope of the legal obligation:
- Files available in office document formats published before September 23, 2018, unless they are necessary for completing an administrative procedure related to the tasks performed by the organization in question;
- Pre-recorded audio and video content, including content with interactive components, published before September 23, 2020;
- Live audio and video content, including content with interactive components;
- Maps and online mapping services, provided that, in the case of maps intended to provide a location or route, essential information is provided in an accessible digital format;
- Third-party content that is neither funded nor developed by the organization in question and is not under its control;
- Reproductions of items from heritage collections that cannot be made fully accessible due to:
- Either the incompatibility of accessibility requirements with the preservation of the item in question or the authenticity of the reproduction, particularly in terms of contrast;
- Either the unavailability of automated and cost-effective solutions that allow for the easy transcription of text from manuscripts or other items in heritage collections and its reproduction in a format compatible with accessibility requirements;
- Content on intranets and extranets published before September 23, 2019, until such sites undergo a thorough review;
- Content on websites and mobile applications that is neither necessary for the completion of an active administrative procedure nor updated or modified after September 23, 2019, particularly archives.
However, until Decree No. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019, enters into force under the conditions defined in Article 10 thereof, the State, local authorities, and the public institutions under their jurisdiction remain subject to the accessibility requirements set forth in Decree No. 2009-546 of May 14, 2009.
