Accessibility
disability

To allow people with disabilities to make the most of their visit, the Jardin d'Acclimatation offers a preferential rate and easy access.

The single entrance to the park is free for the disabled person and his/her companion.

The access to the attractions is paying for the PSH. They must have an attraction ticket or an unlimited pass. Their companion will have free access.

Park access

Disabled persons and their companions, aged 16 and over, have free access to the park (excluding attractions) on presentation of a receipt* at the entrance.

They must have a valid ticket available online and at the ticket booths.

If the PSH wishes to take advantage of the attractions during their visit, they can ask for a "PSH Access" wristband at the cash desk, which will allow them easier access to the attractions.

Access to the attractions

To access the attractions, the PSH must have an unlimited pass or an attraction ticket. For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that the person be accompanied on the attractions.

The PSH must present their "Access PSH" bracelet, in order to benefit from easier access for them, their companion and two additional people. This bracelet also gives free access to the companion, who must be 16 years old or older.

The attractions are accessible to people wearing a "PSH Access" bracelet and their companions through the exits. Signs indicating this are installed on each of our attractions.

"PSH Access" bracelet

A "PSH Access" bracelet will be given to you at the cash desk, upon presentation of a receipt*.

This bracelet is personal, non-transferable and valid only on the day of your visit. It must be worn on your wrist for the duration of your visit and must be presented to the staff operating the attractions before each boarding. If this bracelet is removed, torn off or lost, it cannot be replaced.

This wristband is not a means of payment. Only the companion of the person wearing the "PSH Access" wristband will have free access to the attraction.

If the person wearing the "PSH Access" bracelet does not ride the attraction, their companions will have to wait in line. This bracelet, for the person wearing it and his or her companions, does not allow the choice of seats on board the boats.

The role of the accompanist

Their role is essential in accompanying visitors wearing the bracelet.

A companion must not be handicapped, must be at least 16 years old and must be able to help the person wearing the bracelet.

Our employees are not authorized to physically help visitors. It is therefore the responsibility of the accompanying person to physically help the bracelet wearer.

* Only the original of the valid mobility and inclusion card (CMI) mentioning disability or priority.
