Nuits Indiennes

November 27, 2026, through February 21, 2027

At the Jardin d’Acclimatation, we love travel and the cultures of the world.

So, when the night lights envelop Paris, the Lantern Festival returns to our paths for the fourth consecutive year, this time with the goal of introducing you to India.

Following China and Japan, “Indian Nights”, this new edition, invites you to discover the land of a thousand colors, majestic palaces, ancient traditions, and vibrant celebrations.

2,000 lighted lanterns

For three months, part of the Jardin d’Acclimatation is transformed into an enchanted world where nearly 2,000 lanterns and light sculptures come to life. Crafted using traditional artisanal techniques and spread across a 6-hectare immersive trail, they invite you to stroll for about 45 minutes through spectacular scenes inspired by India’s rich culture: temples, sacred animals, deities, traditional festivals, handicrafts, colorful patterns, and iconic landscapes unfold as you walk.

A Winter Trip to India

Beyond the lights, this nighttime stroll is a true invitation to discover the soul of India. The interplay of light, the shimmering colors, and the musical ambiance along the route transport visitors to an exotic world, where each installation tells a story and celebrates the diversity of a fascinating cultural heritage.

An Indian food court

The experience continues in a food court featuring Indian cuisine, where you can sample some traditional specialties and discover the aromas and spices that have made this cuisine famous (food stalls not included in the ticket price).
